IMPLEMENTATION
For
simple and consistant implementation, one of the following color categories
will be placed on the same line as the color name or color number.

& Efird warrents that the goods sold by American & Efird shall be merchandise
quality. American & Efird expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether
express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of fitness for
a particular purpose.
*Since
the conditions of use, washing, dry cleaning, other refurbishing, pressing,
pre-washing, oven and other curing techniques, etc. are beyond our control,
the user of the thread should determine if the character of the dye and the
specific type and size of thread selected is suitable for the purpose for which
it is intended.
American
& Efird does not assume the responsibility for any consequential or incidential
damages whatsoever. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or user to
appraise the thread and assure himself that it is the proper character dye,
thread type, size, etc. for the proposed application.
The
color spectrum represents our standard color range, but some shades shown
are not kept reguarly in stock.
